About the Position

You will be responsible for the creation, organization, and execution of internal product training initiatives for our customers and field support staff. This involves gathering necessary data to build curriculum, designing course materials, selecting instructional methods, and managing the production of training tools. You will facilitate learning sessions and establish metrics to measure their success, potentially collaborating with other technical subject matter experts. Additionally, you will regularly update instructional content to ensure all technical information remains current and aligned with evolving training standards.

Required Qualifications

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree with 6 years of relevant professional or leadership experience, or a Master's degree with 4 years of applicable experience.

The following credentials may be substituted for a Bachelor's degree to satisfy the baseline requirements:

• Completion of an Apprentice School program
• Graduation from the Navy Nuclear Power School (NNPS)
• An Associate's degree or equivalent 2-year certification paired with 2 years of exempt experience or 4 years of non-exempt experience
• Military service at paygrade E-5 or higher
• A high school diploma or GED combined with 4 years of relevant exempt experience in shipbuilding, manufacturing, trades, or military sectors
• A high school diploma or GED combined with 8 years of relevant non-exempt experience in shipbuilding, manufacturing, trades, or military sectors
