Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in a steel fabrication environment.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with steel fabrication-welding.
• Must be able to write and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Leads the daily work of the team and schedules staff.
• Follows dispatch due dates and sends reports on shift end.
• Monitors employee productivity and provides feedback and coaching.
