Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical welding inspection training preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of structural welding inspection experience.
• Experience inspecting structural steel fabrication and welded assemblies.

Responsibilities

• Perform visual inspection (VT) of structural welds per AWS D1.1.
• Verify weld profiles, size, and contour requirements.
• Review welding documentation and welder qualifications.
• Conduct in-process and final inspections and coordinate with NDE as needed.
• Generate inspection reports and nonconformance documentation.
