TEAM Industrial Services, Inc. is seeking a Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) to perform quality control and code-compliance inspections on welded components in field and shop environments.

The role requires knowledge of AWS D1.1, ASME IX, API codes and thorough documentation. You will review WPS/PQR/WQTR, coordinate with NDT personnel, generate inspection reports, and interface with client QA/QC personnel.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Active AWS CWI certification.
• Willingness to travel and work extended hours in field environments.

Responsabilidades

• Perform visual welding inspections per AWS D1.1, ASME IX, API, or project criteria.
• Review welding procedures (WPS), PQRs, and WQTRs.
• Monitor welding activities to ensure adherence to procedures and standards.
• Coordinate with NDT personnel to support UT, RT, MT, PT, etc.
• Generate inspection reports, weld maps, and deficiency logs.
• Witness welder qualification tests and maintain continuity logs.
• Interface with client QA/QC personnel, fabricators, and engineers to resolve issues.
