Qualifications

• Certification or higher degree in the corresponding program from an accredited institution.
• Each program area must have a program head on-site with requisite qualifications.
• HS Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum five (5) years of in-field industry experience within the last ten (10) years.
• Meets state and accreditor requirements to qualify as instructor for the program.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain a conducive learning environment for students and faculty.
• Identify, hire and train qualified faculty.
• Monitor and promote integration of learning philosophy and core principles.
• Lead faculty development efforts with orientation, training, and professional development.
• Provide mentoring, observations, coaching, and feedback to faculty.
• Maintain course schedules and assign faculty workloads per policies.
• Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and external requirements.
