Qualifications

• Active certification or licensure where required; HS Diploma or GED.
• Minimum five years of practical work experience in instruction within the past ten years.
• Prior teaching experience or completion of instructor training before teaching.
• High integrity, professional appearance and demeanor.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication.
• Ability to work in an observation/coaching style environment.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver educational materials using sound teaching practices to support student development.
• Provide support, tutoring, and assistance to students to meet course objectives.
• Maintain prepared instructional materials and equipment in working order.
• Participate in faculty assessment and professional development activities.
• Attend meetings, analyze assessment data, and submit reports on time.
• Ensure compliance with applicable guidelines and internal policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
