You will create orientation programs, prepare detailed lesson plans, and monitor records to ensure regulatory compliance and training requirements are met.

The role emphasizes developing effective training that enhances team knowledge and supports continuous improvement within the C203 HR & TALENT ACQUISITION team.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or equivalent, plus 2 years education/related experience.
• Apprentice graduate / Associate's Degree in relevant discipline and 1 year related experience.
• May require certification.

• Develop and deliver training materials on company products, processes and technologies.
• Provide orientation and training on new course materials.
• Prepare lesson plans relevant to training material.
• Monitor training personnel records to ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze course evaluations to judge effectiveness and implement improvements.
