Newport News Shipbuilding within HII is seeking a training materials developer to create and deliver material covering our products, processes, and technologies. You will provide orientation on new content and select suitable training aids, drafting detailed lesson plans for consistent delivery.

Responsibilities include monitoring records for compliance and evaluating course feedback to drive improvements and effectiveness across training programs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent and 2 years additional education and/or related experience.
• Apprentice graduate/ Associate's Degree in relevant discipline and 1 year of related experience.
• May require certification.

Responsabilités

• Develop and deliver training materials on company products, processes and technologies to build knowledge and skills.
• Provide orientation and training on new course materials for team members.
• Select appropriate training aids and prepare lesson plans relevant to training material.
• Monitor training personnel records to ensure regulatory and company compliance.
• Analyze course evaluations to judge effectiveness and implement improvements.
