Rite-Hite Company is seeking a production scheduling coordinator to oversee daily production activities and align them with the master schedule and inventory needs. You will plan, assign, and direct resources across production lines while supporting quality and safety programs.

The role emphasizes reading prints, measuring parts, and coordinating with supervisors to meet production goals. A forklift license and basic computer use are required.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to read and utilize a tape measure.
• Ability to read and understand prints related to part size, dimensions, and specifications.
• Ability to use the computer system to identify component location.

Responsabilidades

• Performs production operations on a regular basis, about 40%.
• Serves as primary contact for employees about daily production issues.
• Acts as liaison between production area and area supervisor.
• Monitors prints to ensure product meets quality standards.
• Supports continuous quality and efficiency improvements over time.
• Tracks and reports quality and efficiency trends.
• Helps enforce safe production practices and good housekeeping.
• Participates in identifying training needs and coordinates on-the-job training.
