Rite-Hite is seeking a candidate to assist the department supervisor in meeting daily production goals by coordinating production materials and resources and providing clear work direction on the shop floor. The role requires reading design drawings, basic computer skills, and a minimum of five years in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The successful candidate will join a team focused on safety, efficiency, and quality while supporting production as directed by the area supervisor.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least five years of experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of manufacturing procedures and capacities, company products and components, and production/inventory control procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret design drawings.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the department supervisor with daily production goals by communicating production needs and coordinating materials and resources.
• Provide daily work direction, directly assisting employees and working in production as required under the area supervisor.
