Job summary

Rite-Hite Products Corporation seeks an experienced supervisor to lead assembly and welding lines, ensuring production plans are met and safety standards are followed. You will coordinate labor, materials, and schedules to keep daily production on track.

The role requires reading prints, applying established methods, and guiding staff to resolve production issues in a fast-paced environment. A Bachelor’s degree or 3–5 years related experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret parts, assembly, and tooling prints.
• Apply advanced mathematical concepts to statistical tasks and quality analyses.
• Define problems, collect data, and draw valid conclusions from technical instructions.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate operations of production and materials.
• Coordinate labor availability and materials supply to meet daily production needs.
• Supervise daily activities of the operations unit and motivate staff.
• Read and interpret prints and tooling; implement operational procedures and standards.
• Monitor methods and output; resolve problems and scheduling issues.
• Promote safety and good housekeeping in the workplace.
