Job summary

Rite-Hite Products Corporation is seeking a manufacturing associate to coordinate production scheduling and daily activities to align with the master schedule and inventory requirements. You will plan, assign, and direct resources across production lines to meet goals.

The role focuses on maintaining quality by monitoring adherence to specifications, supporting continuous improvements, and enforcing safe production practices. Strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; and at least three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and utilize tape measurement.
• Ability to read and understand prints in relation to part size and dimensions, and specifications.
• Ability to utilize the computer system needed to identify component location.

Responsibilities

• Performs production operations on a regular basis, as needed (approximately 40%).
• Serves as primary contact for employees regarding resolving daily production issues.
• Liaises between production area and area supervisor.
• Monitors quality to ensure compliance with print specifications.
