Job summary
Toyota Manufacturing Indiana is seeking a Weld Manufacturing Engineer to support maintenance and production with engineering services. You will report to the Weld Engineering Manager and help meet safety, quality, productivity, and cost KPIs.
The role requires a BS in Engineering, manufacturing experience, and CAD skills (AutoCAD/Inven tor). Strong communication, project management, and leadership are valued as you drive digital solutions and countermeasures in a fast-paced shop environment.
Qualifications
- BS in Engineering or higher with manufacturing exposure.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD or Inventor required.
- Strong communication and project management abilities.
- Experience with robotics, PLCs, and vision systems is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Support maintenance and production with engineering services.
- Develop project strategies and track KPIs and schedules.
- Lead countermeasure development and implementation.
- Provide updates on projects and technologies you lead.
- Perform FMEA evaluations and communicate requirements.
