AUTOKINITON US Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Welding Engineer to advance welding technologies at our Watertown, TN facility.

You will drive equipment selection, process development, and QA improvements for multiple product lines while collaborating with engineering, operations, and maintenance teams. The role requires a Bachelor's degree with 5–7 years of related experience, MIG/spot welding expertise, and strong problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; five to seven years plus related experience or equivalent combination.
• Ability to work with MQ1 and QAD databases.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office at an intermediate level.
• MIG and Spot-Welding experience is essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop and apply welding technologies for new product requirements.
• Specify welding equipment, consumables, and robotic systems.
• Assist in weld quality control and resolve welding issues.
• Support startup, integration, and debugging of plant-floor welding equipment.
• Train and mentor welding engineers and shop personnel.
• Lead root-cause analyses and drive improvements across welding processes.
