Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience with Caterpillar equipment.
• 3–5 years’ experience in the construction industry.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety and lead by example in all tasks.
• Develop and maintain trusted client relationships through clear communication.
• Resolve client issues promptly and professionally within company guidelines.
• Analyze client needs and propose Wheeler’s welding and machining capabilities to improve uptime.
