Cornerstone Building Brands, Inc. is seeking a 2nd shift manufacturing associate in Mount Pleasant, IA to operate CNC‑controlled machines, measure parts, and support production with safety as priority.

Base pay ranges $18.04-$19.00 per hour plus $1.50 shift differential; 2nd shift runs 3:30 pm–12:00 am; position requires lifting up to 50 lbs and overtime as needed. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, basic Microsoft knowledge, and experience with forklift, bander, nail gun,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous related experience preferred.
• Basic Microsoft knowledge required.
• Experience with forklifts, banders, nail guns, overhead cranes, saws, stretch wrap machines, and pneumatic tools preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Load Bar material from racks, weld, measure, and cut parts to length.
• Operate CNC-controlled machines (presses, lasers, rolling mills) safely and efficiently.
• Inspect parts visually and according to Quality Systems.
• Suggest cost-saving improvements to boost productivity and reduce waste.
• Work overtime as needed and follow posted schedules.
• Collaborate with team to maintain safety standards.
