Job summary

Ancora Education seeks instructors to deliver educational materials using sound educational practices focused on the successful academic development of each student. Instructors foster an engaging, student‑centered environment and provide support, tutoring, and other assistance as needed.

Instructors lead by example, model professional conduct aligned with the Ancora Education Mission and Core Values, and maintain required certifications and licensure throughout their tenure.

Qualifications

• Active professional certification or licensure required.
• Minimum 5 years of industry experience within the last 10 years.
• Before teaching, documented teaching experience or completion of training.
• Ability to qualify as instructor per institutional/accreditation standards.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and accreditation regulations in proprietary education.

Responsibilities

• Utilize classroom and lab instruction to provide an engaged educational experience.
• Ensure learning objectives are met for each course within a program.
• Prepare instructional materials and maintain equipment readiness.
• Participate in faculty assessment and professional development activities.
• Review assessment data, compile reports, and meet deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and internal policies.
• Other duties as assigned.
