Job summary

Qualifications

• Active certification/licensure is required.
• 5 years industry experience within last 10 years is required.
• Prior teaching experience or completion of instructor training is required.
• Ability to qualify as instructor per standards is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom and lab instruction using engaging methods to support student learning.
• Ensure students meet learning objectives for each course within their program of study.
• Prepare and maintain instructional materials and equipment for student use.
• Participate in faculty assessment and professional development activities; maintain required certification and licensure.
• Attend meetings, review assessment data, compile reports, and meet academic and administrative deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, accrediting and internal policies.
• Other duties as assigned.
