Job summary

ITW Welding in New Mexico seeks a Welding Commercial District Manager to drive profitable growth through distributor partnerships, focusing on Miller, Hobart, and Smith brands, delivering superior end-user showroom and online experiences.

You will develop account plans, analyze markets, lead sales meetings, defend base, and coordinate programs with regional teams, traveling up to 50% to support distribution partners.

Qualifications

• Experience with industrial distribution channels preferred.
• Ability to create and manage effective account plans and sales opportunities.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills at distributor levels.
• Strong value-selling capabilities and ability to win new business.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
• Good time management, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of digital sales tactics and in-store merchandising.

Responsibilities
