Job summary

Alfa Laval is seeking an on-site Welder/Fabricator in Houston, TX, to assemble and fabricate metal components for separation equipment. You will apply welding skills, follow Welding Procedure Specifications, and contribute to continuous improvement in a fast-growing manufacturing team.

The role requires 1–2 years of professional welding experience (separation equipment preferred) and may include 1–2 years of manual machining.

Qualifications

• Hands-on welding and fabrication experience.
• 1–2 years professional welding experience; separation equipment preferred.
• Detail-oriented, safety-conscious and committed to quality.

Responsibilities

• Perform welding work, including fitting and bonding metal according to WPSs.
• Use arc and gas welding equipment to assemble metal components.
• Inspect weldments and perform repairs as needed.
• Cut/trimming work and fabricate simple fixtures.
• Possess at least one welder approval certificate.
• Follow ALPS standards and participate in continuous improvement.
