Job summary

3C Metal in Houston, USA is seeking a Deployment Welder to fabricate piping and structural components in our workshop, offshore, and remote sites. You will perform SMAW and GTAW welding per welding procedures, read drawings, and support fitters on assembly and setup.

You must be able to work across multiple locations, maintain high welding quality, and participate in toolbox talks to ensure safety and alignment with project goals.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of offshore, shipyard, or workshop welding experience.
• Ability to read engineering drawings.
• Knowledge of welding parameters and filler metal requirements.
• Experience with SMAW and GTAW welding processes.
• Strong health and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Weld using SMAW and/or GTAW techniques.
• Assist fitters in setting up piping/structure per engineering drawings.
• Ensure high quality welding on all fabrication work.
• Participate in daily toolbox meetings to address safety and activity plans.
