Aalo Atomics is seeking a Welding Assistant to support our fabrication team in Austin, TX. This entry‑level role focuses on material prep, equipment setup, and safe, efficient daily tasks.

You will work closely with welders to learn welding concepts and shop practices in a hands-on environment. Ideal candidates bring basic welding exposure, a strong work ethic, and reliability, with a willingness to learn and grow within a team‑oriented shop.

Qualificações

• Basic understanding of welding concepts (MIG, TIG, or stick preferred).
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment (standing, lifting, bending).
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.

Responsabilidades

• Assist welders with preparing materials, setting up equipment, and supporting daily fabrication tasks.
• Measure, cut, and position materials for welding and assembly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Operate basic tools and equipment under supervision.
• Follow all safety procedures and support the team as needed.
