Qualifications

• 3+ years of structural steel fabrication in production shop.
• AWS 14.1 SMAW and FCAW certification required.
• Ability to read prints and lay out fabrications.
• Strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Weld and fabricate steel components per drawings.
• Cut, clean, and prep welding materials.
• Review work orders and retrieve materials.
• Operate cranes and forklifts safely.
• Complete QC docs and adhere to safety policies.
• Assist with multiple skills as needed.
