ALL Crane & Equipment Rental, located in Nitro, is seeking a metal Welder & Fabricator in a full-time shop role with comprehensive benefits. You will read blueprints, set up welded components, and operate grinders, torches, and plasma cutters in a safety-conscious environment.

The position requires SMAW capability, ability to read a tape measure, and the stamina to lift up to 50 lbs. Benefits include PTO, holidays, and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Qualified under AWS D1.1 for 4G/3G or equivalent SMAW.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Safe work around moving machinery and in variable temperatures.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints and drawings and take measurements to layout.
• Set up components to be welded per requirements.
• Operate grinders, torches, plasma cutters, and shears.
• Be able to read a tape measure.
• Weld components utilizing SMAW processes.
• Maintain conformity to safety requirements and regulations.
• Operate telescopic and regular forklifts (training provided).
