Mellott is seeking experienced Fabricators for 2nd and 3rd shift in Warfordsburg, PA. The role focuses on structural layout, welding, and fabrication of large steel weldments. You will work with MIG, TIG, and Stick welding, read DWGs, and ensure tight fabrication tolerances in a heavy shop environment.

Expect 10-hour shifts with 2nd shift starting at 3:30 PM and a $5 shift differential. Safety-focused team YoU must be able to travel off site as needed and pass weld tests.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years’ experience in structural layout and welding large steel weldments using DWGs.
• 5+ years’ welding experience with MIG, TIG or STICK welding.
• Ability to pass internal weld testing and perform multi-pass welds.

Aufgaben

• Fabricate and weld large steel weldments per engineering drawings.
• Read and interpret DWGs; maintain fabrication tolerances.
• Rig and operate equipment safely (jib/bridge cranes, forklifts).
• Coordinate fitment and communicate in a loud shop environment.
