Job summary

Cyclonaire in York, Nebraska is seeking a Welder/Fabricator 1 to join the production team onsite. This full-time role offers hands-on training, growth opportunities, and the chance to contribute to the fabrication of industrial equipment used worldwide.

You’ll learn welding and fabrication processes, tools, and quality standards while working with experienced teammates in a safe, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions.
• Operate hand and power tools safely.
• Lift up to 75 pounds.
• Prior welding/fabrication experience preferred but not required.
• Accurate measurement and tolerances.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate metal components using MIG welding, drilling, grinding, sawing.
• Read and follow technical drawings, shop orders, and work instructions.
• Measure accurately and fabricate parts to specification.
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Identify and troubleshoot basic fit-up, fabrication, and welding issues.
• Perform basic repairs on welding and fabrication equipment.
• Complete daily equipment checks.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Continue developing your welding and fabrication skills as part of the Cyclonaire team.
