ESC is seeking a Skilled Welder/Fabricator in Nebraska to join a tight-knit shop. You’ll read blueprints, measure and cut materials, and weld small projects while expanding your fabrication skills. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and personal growth, with a strong emphasis on quality workmanship.

You will work on-site in a fast-paced environment, using hand and power tools and learning to operate new equipment as needed.

Qualifications

• Basic welding and fabrication experience required.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand blueprints and fabrication drawings.
• Measure, cut, and prepare materials for welding and fabrication.
• Perform welding on smaller projects while continuing to develop skills.
