Job summary

Airgas is seeking an Outside Sales Associate for the West Coast LA to NV territory. Based in Los Angeles, you will develop rentals and sales of welding equipment, power generation and weld automation, following leads, making presentations, preparing quotations, and maintaining literature and customer follow-ups.

The role requires travel across the territory, on-site demonstrations, and building long-term supply relationships.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in business/administration.
• Proven leadership capabilities and mentoring ability.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Independent decision making within company policies.
• Valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop rentals and sales of welding equipment and related products in the assigned West Coast region.
• Follow sales leads, create presentations, and prepare quotations.
• Maintain literature and perform timely customer follow-ups.
• Conduct on-site equipment demonstrations and recommend solutions.
• Build long-term supply relationships and meet rental/sales goals.
