Airgas, an Air Liquide company, is seeking a Rental Coordinator in Rosedale, MD. You will assist with daily branch operations, ensure rental equipment is available for orders, and provide exceptional customer service during a fast-paced workday.

Responsibilities include processing credit card charges, coordinating with the service department for shipments, quoting clients, and preparing rental agreements. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401k with company

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Minimum two (2) years of customer service and/or sales experience.
• Greater than three years of customer service

Responsibilities

• Maintains a safe working environment by following Airgas/Red-D-Arc's health and safety guidelines.
• Provides excellent customer service to all accounts.
• Provides follow-up to leads that are sent to the area via Web, Associations.
• Provides timely follow-up to customers' requests.
• Ensures walk in customers are handled in a timely manner including equipment returns
• Processes credit card charges.
• Communicates daily with Outside Sales Associate on inquiries and/or orders received.
• Prepares quotes for outside sales and fax to clients as required.
• Coordinates equipment requirements for efficient order fulfillment and cost containment.
• Plans and directs customer orders with the service department.
• Communicates with the service department and/or shop supervisor in regards to equipment shipments and arranges orders for shipment
• Ensures proper generation of rental agreements and associated documents
