Job summary

Airgas is hiring a Rental Coordinator in Rosedale, MD to support daily branch operations and ensure rental equipment is available for orders. You will handle high-volume calls and emails, provide exceptional customer service, and coordinate with the service and sales teams to fulfill orders.

The role requires at least a high school diploma and 2+ years in customer service or sales, preferably in an industrial/rental setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum two (2) years of customer service and/or sales experience.
• Associate's degree preferred.
• Customer service in an industrial/rental environment is preferred.
• Working knowledge of positioning equipment, welding applications and equipment is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service via high-volume phone calls and emails.
• Assist branch daily operations and ensure rental equipment availability.
• Coordinate equipment requirements for efficient order fulfillment and cost containment.
• Prepare quotes for outside sales and fax to clients as required.
• Communicate with service department on equipment shipments and orders.
