AUTOKINITON is seeking a full-time engineer in our Engineering team, reporting to the Technical Services Manager. This role focuses on developing welding technologies for new products and improving equipment understanding across operations.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of related welding experience, with availability for 1st and 3rd shifts, and a commitment to continuous improvement within a high-performance, safety-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Hands on experience in manual and automated welding processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop new welding technologies related to new products requirement.
• Support Operations in acquiring the needed level of equipment knowledge.
• Provide key input into the development of departmental strategic goals along with identifying key measurable to support the departmental goals.
