Hadrian, a leader in autonomous factories, seeks a Welding Engineer to advance next-generation manufacturing systems for aerospace and defense components. You’ll join a driven team to bring welded assemblies from concept through full-rate production in a high-velocity factory setting.

This hands-on role requires depth in materials and welding processes, with strict adherence to quality and safety in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Welding Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 2+ years in welding engineering or weld process development.
• Fundamental understanding of listed welding processes and alloys.

Mansioni

• Develop, qualify, and optimize welding processes across multiple methods.
• Collaborate with design, tooling, automation, and manufacturing to implement welding technologies.
• Create welding instructions, maintenance plans, and WPS/PQR documentation.
• Ensure compliance with aerospace, defense, and maritime welding standards.
