Job summary

Hamilton by Gunnebo is seeking a General Laborer for the Welding department on 1st shift (6:00am–4:30pm). You will communicate with the Production team about progress, prep products, and complete related duties while maintaining excellent attendance.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and about a year in manufacturing, with mechanical aptitude and hands-on tool experience. Physical capabilities include lifting up to 25 lbs and standing for long periods.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-year experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Mechanical experience or aptitude.
• Experience with hand tools.
• Ability to safely lift up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to perform most work while standing at floor level.
• Ability to perform repetitive movements with hands.
• Self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Communicating with the Production team on job progress / questions / concerns.
• Prep product; ensuring finishing applications are performed.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
• Excellent Attendance required.
