Job summary

Hamilton by Gunnebo is seeking a General Laborer to work in the Welding department on the 1st shift (6:00am–4:30pm). This role supports production, preps products, and ensures finishing applications are performed.

You will collaborate with the Production team, maintain safety and attendance standards, and perform related duties as assigned. Prior manufacturing experience and hands-on mechanical aptitude are valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Mechanical experience or aptitude.
• Experience with hand tools.
• Ability to safely lift up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to perform most work while standing at floor level.
• Ability to perform repetitive movements with hands.
• Self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Communicating with the Production team on job progress / questions / concerns.
• Prep product; ensuring finishing applications are performed.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
• Excellent Attendance required.
