Hamilton by Gunnebo is seeking a General Laborer for the Paint department on 1st shift (6:00am to 4:30pm) in Milford, OH. Responsibilities include Bondo tasks and Washbooth duties, with a focus on maintaining production flow and quality.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, about a year of manufacturing experience, and hands-on mechanical skills. Safety, attendance, and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-year experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Mechanical experience or aptitude.
• Experience with hand tools.
• Ability to safely lift up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to perform most work while standing at floor level.
• Ability to perform repetitive movements with hands.
• Self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Communicating with the Production team on job progress / questions / concerns.
• Prep product; ensuring finishing applications are performed.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
• Excellent Attendance required.
