Job summary

Hamilton by Gunnebo is seeking a General Laborer for the Paint department on 1st shift (6:00am to 4:30pm). The role includes performing Bondo tasks and/or duties in the Washbooth.

You will communicate with the Production team on progress, prep products, and perform related duties, with a strong emphasis on attendance and reliability. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, 1 year manufacturing experience, mechanical aptitude, and familiarity with hand tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Mechanical experience or aptitude.
• Experience with hand tools.
• Ability to safely lift up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Ability to perform repetitive hand movements.
• Self-motivated and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with the Production team on job progress / questions / concerns.
• Prep product; ensuring finishing applications are performed.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
• Excellent Attendance required.
