The position requires an Associate’s Degree in Welding or related field (Bachelor’s preferred), hands‑on welding experience, and familiarity with welding processes.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Welding or related field; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• GMAW, SMAW, FCAW, and GTAW setup/operation experience required.
• Non‑teaching industrial welding work experience required.
• Experience with robotic welders preferred.
• Minimum two years full‑time (or 4,000 hours) occupational experience in the program areas.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate student learning and develop instructional strategies for success.
• Use diverse delivery methods including hybrid, in‑person, virtual, and online courses.
• Assess student learning and provide regular feedback to improve outcomes.
• Develop and revise competency‑based curriculum and materials.
