Lippert Components is seeking a Team Member to complete frame fabrication in a full-time, on-site role in Goshen, IN. You will follow safety and quality standards while assembling frames and related components.

Essential tasks include wiring brackets, welding hitches, ensuring accurate camber/square, and reading blueprints. Prior welding or manufacturing exposure is preferred. This role emphasizes precision, teamwork, and adherence to Lippert values.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Welding education or experience preferred.
• Manufacturing/industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install and time slide outs
• Welding brackets for jacks and slide outs
• Welding hitches onto frame
• Checking camber and square
• Welding anything that jig was unable to weld
