Job summary

Lippert is seeking a full-time production team member to assist in the flow of production at our Indiana facility. This role emphasizes safety, inventory control, smooth movement of materials through installation areas, and accurate parts specification checks to support chassis completion.

Applicants should be able to lift 50+ pounds, follow instructions, and work well in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. Normal hours are Mon-Thurs 6am-4:30pm, with comprehensive company benefits available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Manufacturing/industry experience preferred.
• Able to read basic blueprints or measurements.

Responsibilities

• Observe safety rules and policies of Lippert.
• Maintain material inventory.
• Move raw material through installation area.
• Ensure proper parts specifications (size, dimensions, gauge) for chassis completion.
• Ensure sufficient part supply at all processing stations.
• Move completed parts from installation area to shipping area.
• Assist in repair work as necessary.
• Maintain good housekeeping practices.
