Job summary

Robinson Fans, Inc., Harmony, PA, is seeking motivated Welders to join our team. You will weld most equipment fabricated onsite, including fans and housings, with precision to meet our high-quality standards.

The 1st shift runs Monday through Friday from 6:00am to 2:30pm. We offer a competitive salary plus quarterly bonuses, comprehensive benefits, 401k with strong company match, paid time off, holidays, parental leave, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Two years of Mig and Flux Core welding experience.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read weld detail drawings and procedures.
• Pass AWS D1.1 welding qualifications (and AWS D14.6 if applicable).
• Fluent in English with good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review project assignments and welding details.
• Set up welding machine and equipment; weld per standards.
• Ensure work meets quality standards and safety requirements.
• Participate in Lean Manufacturing and 5S practices.
• Support improvement projects and learn from team members.
