Job summary

Robinson Fans, Inc. in Harmony, PA is seeking motivated welders to join our family-owned team. You will weld assemblies using MIG and Flux Core; read blueprints and ensure quality while following lean manufacturing practices.

Requirements include at least two years of Mig and Flux Core experience, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to lift 50 lbs. You must pass AWS D1.1/D14.6 qualifications and maintain safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must have at least two years of experience with Mig and Flux Core welding.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read Robinson weld detail drawings, welding procedures, and shop travelers; pass AWS D1.1 welding qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Review project assignments and instructions from Team Leader.
• Review drawings and welding details for this job.
• Set up welding equipment and weld assemblies per required standards.
• Ensure work meets quality standards and safety requirements.
• Participate in continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing practices.
