Job summary

Robinson, Inc. is seeking a Welder Fabricator to create metal structures by reading blueprints, measuring parts, and welding pieces to spec. You will use GMAW/FCAW techniques, plus grinding, drilling, cutting and plasma removal processes.

Ideal candidates will have high school diploma or equivalent with welding training and proven MIG/TIG/STICK experience in a manufacturing setting; strong accuracy, safety mindset, and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; welding certs preferred.
• Proven welding experience in manufacturing/fabrication environments.
• Experience with MIG, TIG and stick welding techniques.
• Ability to read blueprints/technical drawings; metallurgy awareness.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints and specs to plan welds.
• Fit, tack, and weld components to spec; verify dimensions.
• Operate welding equipment safely and follow procedures.
• Promote clean, safe work area and teamwork.
• Identify issues and propose data-driven improvements.
• Maintain quality and comply with safety and QA policies.
