Job summary

Prince Service & Mfg in Macon, GA is seeking experienced Welders II-IV to join our team on 1st and 2nd shifts. You will demonstrate precision in MIG welding pipe and related processes to meet quality and safety standards.

Role requires advanced knowledge of MIG, Flux Core, TIG and Stick welding on carbon steel, low alloy and stainless steel, plus the ability to read prints, mentor junior welders, and deliver high quality welds to production targets.

Qualifications

• Experience as welder or similar role required.
• Ability to pass measurement tests (tape, protractor, caliper).
• Mentor and guide junior welders.
• Welding projects independently from prints.
• Advanced MIG, Flux Core, TIG and Stick welding knowledge.
• Welding carbon steel, low alloy and stainless steel.
• Detail-oriented with quality welds.
• Commitment to production targets and safety.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate MIG welding pipe with precision.
• Perform Flux Core welding on pipe for structural integrity.
• TIG weld carbon steel pipe per specifications.
• TIG weld low alloy and stainless pipe.
• Stick weld stainless plate and pipe groove welds.
• Perform TIG welding on plate.
• Produce welds meeting industry standards.
