Job summary

Prince Industries Inc. is seeking a skilled Welder to set up and operate MIG/TIG welding, fabricating metal parts per customer specifications. You will review drawings and symbols to ensure accurate welds.

The role requires 5+ years of MIG/TIG welding experience with carbon, stainless steel, and aluminum, and the ability to read blueprints and perform precise measurements. Second shift hours: 3:30pm–2:00am, with strong safety and teamwork emphasis.

Qualifications

• 5+ years MIG/TIG welding experience with Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel and Aluminum.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Able to read weld symbols, blueprints, and drawings.
• Proficient at math and measurement (fractions, dimensions, tolerances).

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate and perform MIG/TIG welding per drawings.
• Interpret blueprints and welding symbols to determine requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organized welding area and support production.
• Assist machine operators as needed to meet production needs.
• Adhere to safety and quality standards.
