Job summary

Prince Industries is seeking a skilled Welder for the 2nd shift (3:30pm - 2:00am, Mon-Thu) to fabricate metal parts per customer specifications. The role requires MIG and TIG welding across carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum, with the ability to interpret blueprints and weld symbols.

Candidates should have 5+ years of welding experience, strong measurement and math skills, and the capacity to work with precision instruments.

Qualifications

5+ years MIG/TIG welding experience with Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel and Aluminum.
Able to read and interpret weld symbols, blueprints and drawings to fabricate parts accurately.
Proficient with measurement tools (calipers, rulers) and perform tolerances.
Able to interpret AWS weld symbols and read blueprints with attention to detail.
Strong communication and teamwork, with problem-solving and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Set up, operate and perform welding to fabricate metal parts per customer specs.
Weld using MIG and TIG techniques per drawings and specifications.
Review drawings and specifications to determine welding requirements.
Support machine operators and maintain a clean welding area.
Possibly transfer between departments for production needs.
