Job summary

Dover Fueling Solutions in De Pere, Wisconsin, is seeking a Welder I for on-site work. You will perform GMAW & GTAW welding on stainless steel, mild steel, and aluminum, reading blueprints and following SOPs to ensure quality.

You will operate basic tools, perform preventive maintenance, and support 6-S organization while contributing to a team-driven, continuous improvement culture. High school diploma and welding training are required or preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical welding training or experience preferred for advanced assignments.
• Basic or advanced welding classes preferred where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety and PPE requirements per company policies.
• Read blueprints and perform GMAW & GTAW on stainless steel, mild steel, and aluminum.
• Operate basic hand and power tools and perform preventive maintenance.
• Conduct continuous quality checks and communicate part shortages.
• Coordinate with Supervisors to manage material flow and 6-S organization.
• Support a team-oriented, continuous improvement environment.

Education
