Job summary

Dover Fueling Solutions in De Pere, Wisconsin, is seeking a Welder I to join our onsite manufacturing team. You will weld using GMAW and GTAW on stainless steel, mild steel, and aluminum, read blueprints, and perform routine maintenance on equipment while adhering to 6-S standards.

Responsibilities include quality checks, coordinating with supervisors on part shortages, and supporting continuous improvement in a team oriented environment.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Technical training or experience is preferred for advanced assignments.
• Completion of basic or advanced welding classes is preferred.
• Must read and understand blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety and PPE requirements per established policies.
• Operate basic hand and power tools and read blueprints.
• Perform GMAW & GTAW on stainless steel, mild steel, and aluminum.
• Conduct basic preventative maintenance on equipment and perform quality checks.
• Use cranes or lifting devices to move items safely and coordinate with Supervisors on part shortages.
• Maintain 6-S housekeeping and contribute to continuous improvement.
