Job summary

Dover Fueling Solutions (DFS) in De Pere, Wisconsin, is seeking a Welder I to contribute to production of stainless and mild steel components. You will follow safety protocols, read blueprints, and operate MIG and TIG welding equipment.

This onsite role requires 2+ years welding experience, basic math skills, and the ability to read drawings. You will join a team focused on quality, continuous improvement and meeting PDQ standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical welding training preferred.
• Successful completion of basic or advanced welding classes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety and PPE requirements per company policies.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Perform GMAW and GTAW on stainless steel, mild steel, and aluminum.
• Operate basic hand and power tools.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area per 6-S program.
• Coordinate part shortages with Supervisors and contribute to continuous improvements.
