Dover Fueling Solutions (DFS) is seeking a Welder I for onsite work in De Pere, Wisconsin. You will read blueprints, perform GMAW and GTAW welding, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in a manufacturing environment.

Candidates should have a high school diploma and basic welding experience, with preferred technical training or welding classes. A on-site competency test will be required, and a discretionary bonus may be offered based on performance.

Qualifications

• Blueprint reading is required.
• Must be able to apply basic math with fractions and decimals.
• Strong mechanical aptitude is needed.

Responsabilités

• Follow safety and PPE requirements per company policies.
• Read and interpret blueprints for welds and assemblies.
• Perform GMAW & GTAW welding on stainless steel, mild steel, and aluminum as required.
• Conduct basic maintenance on welding equipment and perform quality checks.
• Operate cranes and lifting devices to move parts safely.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area per 6-S program.
• Contribute to a team-oriented, continuous improvement environment.
