Brunswick Boat Group is seeking an experienced MIG/TIG welder with metal fabrication and mold-building knowledge for our Edgewater, FL facility. You will work on molds for hulls, liners, decks, and fixtures, following tooling manuals and documenting build steps.

The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and adherence to quality standards while supporting 6S practices on the shop floor. Onsite, with competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent required.
• Proven welding experience with variety of equipment and procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Construct molds to defined specifications per tooling manuals.
• Document mold construction records through all build phases.
• Maintain safety and quality standards to satisfy Brunswick Boat Group and customers.
